Announcement: The Winner of the 2019 Short Fiction Contest Is Sena Moon!

We are excited to announce the winner of the 2019 Short Fiction Contest is Sena Moon for the story “Homing Spoons.” This story will appear in the fall issue of Boulevard. We would also like to congratulate the runner-up, Adam Roux, for the story “Night on K-San.”
