Announcement: The Winner of the 2023 Nonfiction Contest is Phillip Barcio

We are happy to announce the results of the 2023 Nonfiction Contest for Emerging Writers. We received many excellent entries this year, and the editors selected Phillip Barcio’s essay “The Vacantlands.”
